About

Hannah is a vibrant woman of 21 years old, overcoming some interesting health issues. Hannah is finishing a certificate in Social Sciences, and has been having a great year learning how to study with her new technology. As with all people Hannah’s has been thinking about next year’s goals and aspirations.

Within a short time many new opportunities opened for Hannah.

A nomination for a recognition award: http://www.attitudepictures.com/attitude-awards/

A possible project with Attitude Pictures: http://www.attitudepictures.com/documentaries/

The project may involve: http://www.mjffoundation.org/ connected to Dilmah Tea.

The details are being formed as we write, but the sketch is that Hannah will travel to Sri Lanka to volunteer at the Kumbukkana Deaf and Blind School, near Monaragala, Uva Province, Sri Lanka.  http://maps.google.com/

Kumbukkana

I (Hannah’s Father) look for Hannah to have a life experience in the real world, not a sanitised volunteering gap year through a western service provider. I imagine that Hannah would not want a sanitised experience either.

My goals for this website is to firstly to raise the profile of Kumbukkana School and in the short term to fund raise to help Hannah get to Sri Lanka, but of more importance to allow long term funding from the West of this small school.
